ClassesSkillful Living is an 8-week class based on dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). The class teaches skills to help you cope with painful situations, ask for what you want (and say NO without guilt), trust your ideas and opinions, and live life more fully. Topics include mindfulness meditation, stepping off the emotional roller-coaster, interpersonal skills, and crisis management.
